Training on your own schedule: making 24/7 access work

Training on your own schedule: making 24/7 access work

TBC is open every day of the year. Your key fob works at 5 a.m. and at midnight. That flexibility is one of the reasons people stay — farm hours, hospital shifts, and school calendars do not all fit a 6 p.m. class.

A simple plan still helps. Put your next session on the calendar, even if it is 20 minutes. Follow the 4-week program in the app so you are not inventing a workout in an empty gym. Leave a little extra time to rack weights and wipe down equipment, especially when staff are not on the floor.

Staffed hours are for tours, questions, and coaching. Off-hours are for getting the work in. If something feels off — a movement, a machine, a goal — leave a note or come back when the team is here. We would rather you ask than grind through a bad pattern.

Consistency beats intensity. Show up on the days you can, eat something that supports the work, and let the program add up. That is how 24/7 access turns into results instead of a fob you forget in a drawer.
